ESI高被引論文是指近10年內(nèi)發(fā)表且被引次數(shù)排在相應(yīng)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域全球前1%以內(nèi)的論文,已成為當(dāng)前衡量和評價國家科研水平,、機構(gòu)學(xué)術(shù)聲譽,、學(xué)科評估,、以及學(xué)術(shù)影響力的一個重要指標(biāo),。
